Welcome to episode 12 of Radio Omnicor – our podcast about the science of business!
This episode shines a spotlight on the hugely successful Dennis Zietsman, who was appointed as Deputy Group Chairman of Servest in 2011 and co-founded the Servest Group in 1997 with Kenton Fine.
Servest is a leading facilities management group that is a household name. The Group employs in excess of 50 000 people with a billion dollar turnover across operations, globally.
So what does that take to run it?
Our conversation is mini-masterclass in entrepreneurial grit and drive with straight forward talk based on real experience and integrity. At times it felt like we had our very own OmniDragon’s Den! Dennis takes us from the small beginnings of this business to its current giant status – a real retrospective of the various milestones of that evolution. We are left with a call to action- resize our dreams and stay engaged with the requisite leadership and organisational values that grow people and profits.
Dennis is a qualified chartered accountant and is also the Vice President of the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
